Office Hours: Our offices and warehouse is NOT open to the public. All business is done over the phone and in person when we come to do your installation. You do not need to come to our office to set up service.
We generally answer phones between 8AM and 6PM M-F. If you get our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we can. Because our call volume is sometimes very high or we are tied up with another client, you may also text the same number. This comes into our cloud-based system, and we will respond as soon as we can.
After Hours Emergencies
Please follow the procedures first on the Important Account Information form that we left. If you have lost or misplaced it, please click on the link here and follow the directions. It is the same procedure for all our services. Make sure to unplug just the power for ALL the equipment we installed. Once you followed the procedures, please call the number above and leave a message or send a text. Someone will take a look at your services and get back with you as quickly as possible…..however, if it is after 9PM or a weekend we will respond the next business day. If multiple clients are offline we do work these problems 24/7 and do our best to respond if you are completely offline. Questions about your service will be answered the next business day.
Billing
We use Square as our billing partner. All services are paid in advance by credit, debit, or EFT, no exceptions. You have full control over your payment method, however, a payment method must remain on file at all times. You will receive an emailed invoice reminder 7 days before we charge your payment method on file each month. If you wish to change anything, there is a link in the emailed invoice to login to your account and make changes. If a payment fails the system may automatically suspend your service until payment or arrangements are made. Life happens and we understand that, if you need a little more time please call and let us know, we’ve been there and understand….but you got to make that call to let us know so we can override the system. Otherwise……….bye bye internet. It is just a computer program doing it’s job and doesn’t know anything else. Unless you call and make arrangements and your account gets suspended, there is a $25 reactivation fee that may be charged to your account. Again, life happens, we get that, just let us know and we can work something out.
